For years, I immersed myself in transformational work.

I even wrote a book on transformational coaching that was part of a college curriculum for business and leadership coaching.

Built an entire system around helping people uncover subconscious patterns. Worked deeply with beliefs, emotional triggers, nervous system responses, and identity.

And despite all of that understanding…
I still noticed something underneath the surface.

A constant tension.
A subtle fight.
An inability to fully relax into life.

What changed everything was realizing that the very identity trying to heal and free me, and others…
was itself organized around protection.
