The U stands for You, the Universe, and the Unknown: the place where control softens and life begins to unfold.
For deep-feeling thinkers whose minds work overtime
because their hearts feel everything so deeply
Your intellect is brilliant...but it was never meant to run the show.
Most personal development focuses on fixing the past or controlling the future.
Real freedom begins when your relationship with the Unknown changes.

Three kinds of deep-feeling thinkers often find their way here:
Over time I’ve noticed that deep-feeling thinkers usually arrive here in one of three ways:
Some have done years of inner work but still feel like something is missing.Others have built successful lives through discipline and control, yet feel exhausted by the constant effort. And some have always sensed their intuition quietly speaking… but learned not to trust it.
All three eventually run into the same pattern: the moment life moves beyond their control.
If parts of this resonate, then you may be closer to feeling free than you might realize.

Maybe you recognize yourself in this:
- You feel everything deeply — which often sends your mind searching for answers.
- You’ve done a lot of personal growth work, yet something still feels stuck.
- Your mind analyzes everything — even your healing.
- Spiritual, yet your intellect keeps taking over.
- You sometimes feel like you're navigating life alone.
- You have a subliminal sense of “It’s not for me.”
- And / or you have a hard time surrendering and letting go of control.

Why do highly intellectual, deep-feeling women still feel stuck…
even after therapy, coaching, healing work, and manifestation practices?
The answer isn’t found in fixing trauma, improving mindset, or regulating the nervous system alone.
It has to do with your relationship with something most people never even notice.

The Missing Link
Many smart, spiritually minded women have done everything they can to grow and heal.
Therapy.
Coaching.
Meditation.
Manifestation.
Journaling.
And yet something still feels stuck.
They still wake up worried and feel anxious throughout their day. They often vacillate between guilt ridden self care and putting their own needs last for the sake of others. They might have a hard time setting boundaries and at the same time find it really hard to receive. Outcomes are forced and they feel it if anything is to happen at all, it's up to them and them alone. And they move between desperate hustle or procrastination.
It's not because you're broken. Instead, it's because almost every personal development approach overlooks one critical moment; The moment the body registers that something is out of your hands.
In that instant, before you are even aware of what's happening, the mind begins searching for certainty.
It learnt early on in life that this sensation of "it's out of my hands", spells danger.
The result:
Overthinking.
Analyzing.
Trying to control the outcome.
I call this pattern, and what happens in the gap between the two, the Doom Loop™.
Most people spend years trying to escape it.
But there is another way:

The Path to Feeling Free
The Doom Loop™ -> U-Turn -> The Waiting Room (Loop of Faith™ -> Untethering -> Throw It To The U™)
Freedom unfolds through a series of shifts in how we relate to the unknown.

The Doom Loop™ -> U-Turn -> The Waiting Room ( The Loop of Faith™ -> Untethering -> Throw It To The U™)
Freedom unfolds through a series of shifts in how we relate to the unknown.
The other way
Freedom unfolds differently than most people think
What if freedom doesn't come from trying harder or forcing outcomes?
What if it comes from learning to trust when life moves beyond your control — into the Unknown?
When you slow down your internal response to something being out of your hands, you begin to notice what happens in the body before the nervous system activates.
Instead of a tangled mess of emotions and contraction, the entire pattern of the Doom Loop™ becomes visible.
And when you can see the pattern clearly, something powerful becomes possible.
You can take a U-Turn.
Instead of reacting with control, you begin to neutralize the moment where something feels out of your hands.
And in that moment, you enter The Waiting Room.
The Waiting Room is a space where you no longer need to force or control, worry or ruminate.
It’s where you slowly build a tolerance for “it’s out of my hands” — and in doing so, reconnect with your intuition by embodying trust.
This is what I call The Loop of Faith™.
As that trust deepens, something else begins to shift.
The intellect can finally take a back seat.
Because you are no longer trying to be someone other than the essence of who you truly are, you begin to Untether from societal expectations.
The shoulds.
The “this is how life is supposed to work.”
And from that place, when something is out of your hands and the body no longer contracts around it, you can Throw It To The U™.
You begin to surrender what was never yours to hold in the first place.
And life starts to unfold differently.
With more ease.
And a deeper flow of being.
Inside Throw It To The U™ we explore how to:
- recognize The Doom Loop™ ->
- make a U-turn when the mind tries to control the Unknown ->
- re-discover The Loop of Faith™ ->
- reconnect with your intuition in The Waiting Room ->
- allow life to unfold differently by Throwing It To The U™ ->
Each of these shifts builds on the one before it.

Hi. I'm Femke Mortimore.
For the past 14 years I’ve trained transformational coaches around the world.
After thousands of coaching conversations and years of exploring psychology, embodiment, and consciousness, I began noticing a pattern most personal development approaches overlook.
The moment something feels out of our hands, the body reacts instantly — and the intellect rushes in to restore certainty.
Understanding that moment changed everything.
That discovery became the foundation of Throw It To The U™.
