The Hidden Link In Coaching, Therapy And Law Of Attraction.

Here's why some of your clients aren't getting the results they're paying you for. And why you're still secretly struggling, too.

The desperate and exhausting hustle to get more clients. The worry and guilt about getting clients the results they're paying you for. You've tried to fix it. A coaching program here, a marketing strategy there, then a law of attraction program. It's an uninterrupted fight to fix yourself, to finally feel free. But then why has none of it worked? Not really.

There's a reason for it. A hidden mechanism that doesn't get addressed in the world of healing, therapy, or even law of attraction.

Here's how I discovered this mechanism.

In 2017, I published my book on the streamlined transformational coach system I had developed for coaches to consistently get deeply transformational results for their clients. It was even used as a curriculum for a Business and Leadership program at a university. My coaches could dive deeper than the average coach or therapist. I taught them how to work with the body, and they were getting amazing results for their clients.

And yet... it still felt like there was something missing from the results they were getting for their clients. I couldn't quite put my finger on it, but it felt "safe". It wasn't even something I was consciously aware of, I only realize later that it had been nagging at me.

It wasn’t until I read an article written by a dear friend of mine, who mentioned Gregg Braden’s three universal fears, that it hit me. The first two, I recognized immediately. They were consistently showing up for our clients, no matter their background, their goals or the area of life they wanted change in. These were the fear of rejection / abandonment and the fear of not being good enough.

It was the third fear that felt like a gut punch, because I had been completely blind to it.

The fear of trust

Aka the fear of letting go of control. I knew immediately that it was something I had missed. All this time, I had been operating from a place of control. My mind was very much in charge, and my body never quite relaxed.

There is a reason this particular fear doesn't show up when uncovering the hierarchy of beliefs for a client, no matter how deep you dive: The entire mind-body-emotion system is designed to avoid it altogether. And the fear of rejection and inferiority play a big role in this: It keeps your client from having to trust.

It's why these fears keep coming back, no matter what you do. Not just for clients, but for coaches as well. Except you can't show this, because you are supposed to be the expert.

I started interviewing my coaches and clients on their relationship to letting go of control. The results blew me away. Practically all of them, men and women alike, were holding on to control in one way or another. And a lot of it. If I had a penny for every time someone said: “Wow, I never knew I wanted to have so much control over everything!”  Well, I’d probably have about $10, just because pennies don't add up that fast. 😉

One of my coaches described it like this: "I know how to regulate my nervous system and can describe, in detail, what is happening in my body, but I realize that all this time I've only ever been thinking my feelings."

Over time I came to a very uncomfortable truth: All of the work we do in coaching, therapy, and even law of attraction, operates within that desire for control.

It's why so many coaches and therapists are still struggling themselves, and why there is this collective shiny object syndrome. And why not all of your clients are getting the results they are paying you for. It all comes down to the relationship we have with trust.

The question then is, how to transform it so your mind can finally rest and your body can finally relax.

Fear of trust links to a hidden mechanism

During my research there's something I discovered that I hadn't seen being addressed anywhere else. And it shifted my entire take on what it takes to truly transform: The entire healing industry is completely blind to a microscopic, hidden mechanism in the body.

There is a fleeting nano-second that happens before a client contracts into an escape emotion like anxiety, frustration, or desperation. It is a brief moment where the mind-body-emotion system registers: "Oh, something just moved beyond my control."

I call this The U-Moment.

And it's the beginning of The Doom Loop™

The Doom Loop™

That flash of "it's out of my hands" is not contraction. It's actually a moment of full body relaxation.

Most people never feel it.

That's because it is subconsciously linked straight to absolute Doom.

At some point in childhood, this sensation of "it's out of my hands" become synonym with a deep sense of aloneness, heartbreak or loss, usually in the form of "I don't get to have what I want" or "Nobody wants me, everyone is against me." or "The Universe / God hates me." But it doesn't stop there. On top of that is a belief that "there's nothing I can do about it. This is just the way that it is."

That's the sensation of doom in the body, of being completely and utterly at the mercy of outside forces, whatever they may be.

You never really feel any of this, because the mind-body-emotion system has perfected the escape from this relaxation and the core pain associated with it. So all you (or your clients) feel is the escape emotions: anxiety, frustration, numbness, confusion, overwhelm, etc. And if you stay in that loop long enough, it leads to hopelessness, burn out, and health issues.

Because your clients are brilliant, their intellect keeps stepping in to subconsciously "save" them. And it uses inferiority, lack, and impossibility thinking as a shield.

Traditional modalities fail here because they allow the client to do the healing from that exact same desire for control.

Even healing mode becomes an escape.  Their mind simply uses your advanced tools to build a stronger armor. It's not something they do on purpose, which is why it is so frustrating and they end up wondering "why the f@#k am I still stuck?!"

Level of Surrender 1: Beyond The Doom Loop™ was built to break this hypnosis.

It is the step-by-step playbook to help you and your clients remember trust, so that hustling no longer is the only gear you know how to operate from. And so you can let go of the over-responsibility you feel for your clients, and trust your intuition as you guide them.

This is not actually something you explicitly build. It takes a counter intellectual approach. And it starts with neutralizing that moment something moves beyond your control. That's what playbook level 1 is for.

It's yours for just $7.
