Temu Glinda

There's a trend on social media relating to the new Wicked: For Good movie, where fans are creating content that involves "a girl in a bubble" theme.

In the movie, Glinda -- the "good" witch" -- travels in her bubble. It signifies her protected life and isolated life.

One influencer did a skit where she shows up to the premiere inside of an inflatable bubble. As she's walking in it, someone shouts out to her "why are you going as a hamster?"

She shouts back: "I'm not a hamster! I'm Glinda! Did you really think I look like a hamster?!" Later, she has a very public meltdown, because her assistants left and she can't see through the bubble. It's all fogged up. She's yelling and shouting.

One of the comments on the video: "She's Temu Glinda."

So many people walk around inside of an invisible bubble that is essentially an off brand, lower quality version of who they truly are.

If you've been reading my emails or following me elsewhere on social media, you'll have seen me talk about the importance of your relationship with the Unknown ("out of my hands") when it comes to creating and living from an ease of being.

For many, when the body registers something unknown, it triggers their Doom Loop™.

It's not the full picture, though.

When you experience something that is out of your hands as a young child (getting ridiculed, loss of something or someone important, made fun of, etc), the painful emotions that accompanies informs you of how the world works.

You learn that when you "behave," you're "safe". You start focusing on getting good grades, working harder, being smarter, etc, in order to belong. You start to rely on your intellect to do the heavy lifting of worthiness.

This is the start of the Doom Loop™.

Repeat that Doom Loop™ time and time again, and it becomes part of your personality. It becomes a filter for seeing and hearing, and experiencing the world.

Now you no longer need to get triggered by something for this to be operational. And this is a critical point I am making here.

Essentially, it's like walking inside of an invisible bubble that colors the world for you. A temu version of yourself. One of "in-fear-iority."

It's a lens of "I'm less than," "scarcity," and "impossibility":

"I can't get what I want, there's not enough for me, that's not possible for me."

It's both so loud and so subtle, that even when going through belief change exercises or other forms of healing work, you still end up seeing from this place.

That's why change so often doesn't stick. Or why you can calm your nervous system, and still get stuck in zombie mode on the couch. And why you don't lean into your truest desires.

This in-fear-iority bubble / filter leads a life of its own, and it needs to be addressed in conjunction with the triggers to your nervous system.

Coming back to the lady referred to as Temu Glinda: It's not actually real. This influencer does skits all the time. There is no bubble.

That realization that there is no bubble, is what sets you free.

Here are the three steps for liberating yourself and quite literally becoming a whole new person:

** Turn the intellect into the "faithful servant" once again
** Transform your relationship with the Unknown into one of faith
** Step out of in-fear-iority

This is a tricky process, because they act as a system and they reinforce one another. To transcend all three of these, is a bit of a dance.

Are you ready to pop the in-fear-iority bubble and instead see life through a lens of belonging, abundance, and unlimited possibilities? Then I have a special invitation for you.

One where we work together on transcending the ego and leaning into a sense of peace, trust, and surrender, so you can finally live from a place of ease. You can read more about the invitation right here: https://throwittotheu.com/exclusive-access-to-femke
